Delete Your MyTURN Account

You can start account deletion directly from inside the app.

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account at any time from within the MyTURN app. This page explains how to do it, what gets deleted, and what the timeline is.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the MyTURN app on your phone
  2. Go to Account Settings (tap your profile icon)
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your choice — you'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm
  5. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately

Timeline

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you think you might want to use MyTURN again in the future, you can deactivate your account temporarily instead — just email us and we'll help.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
