How do I restore a purchase?

Open MyTURN → Account Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If you're still having trouble, email support@myturnapp.it with your Apple ID or Google account email.

I can't sign in to my account

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and follow the email link. If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact us at support@myturnapp.it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play — not directly by MyTURN.

Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from inside the app: Account Settings → Delete Account. For more details, see our Account Deletion page.

What happens to my data after I delete my account?

Your personal data is removed within 30 days of deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some anonymised usage data may be retained for legal or analytical purposes.

The app isn't working correctly

Try: force-closing and reopening the app, checking for an update in the App Store or Google Play, or reinstalling the app. If the issue continues, email support@myturnapp.it with a brief description and your device model and iOS/Android version.
